KVKK Information Notice

This notice is provided in accordance with Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”). It explains how the data controller named below processes personal data submitted via www.horizoncall.com.tr.

1. Data controller

2. Personal data processed

  • Contact-form data: full name, resort/hotel name, role, work email, phone, room-count bracket, optional message, preferred language.
  • Technical log data: IP address, user-agent, timestamp captured at submission.

3. Purposes

  • Responding to your demo request and contacting you.
  • Presenting our product to your resort and preparing a proposal.
  • Meeting legal obligations (records, tax, pre-contract documentation).
  • Securing the website and detecting abuse.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on KVKK art. 5/2-(c), 5/2-(ç) and 5/2-(f) (legitimate interest).

5. Transfers

Data may be shared, strictly for the purposes above, with our service providers (Netlify — US/EU, Plausible — Estonia, Telegram — global, AWS email region). Where servers are outside Turkey, transfers occur in compliance with KVKK art. 9 and Board decisions, under contractual safeguards.

6. Retention

Contact-form data is retained for up to 24 months, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised — or earlier on your request. Data subject to a statutory retention period is kept for that period.

7. Your rights (KVKK art. 11)

You may ask whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purposes, learn the recipients (domestic and international), request correction, deletion or destruction, request notification of corrections to third parties, object to results produced solely by automated means, and claim compensation for unlawful processing.

8. How to apply

Submit requests under the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, with identifying documents, by email to info@horizonzeta.com or by post to the address above. We respond within 30 days, generally free of charge.

9. Changes

This notice may be updated. The current version is always published on this page; the “Last updated” date reflects the latest change.
