1. Scope

The Site presents HorizonCall to resort hotels for informational purposes only. Content is not a binding offer, contract or commitment. Purchase terms are governed by a separate agreement.

2. Intellectual property

All text, logos, images, marks, code and design on the Site are owned or licensed by the Company. No copy, reproduction, derivative work or commercial use without prior written permission. “HorizonCall” is a registered mark of the Company.

3. Use restrictions

You may not:

  • Scrape or systematically harvest content (other than respectful search-engine indexing).
  • Attempt unauthorised penetration testing, vulnerability scans or brute-force.
  • Submit fraudulent forms or impersonate others.
  • Upload or transmit malware or harmful code.
  • Disrupt or overload the service (DoS, flooding).

The Company reserves the right to block access and pursue legal remedies for any violation.

4. Disclaimer

Content is provided “as is.” We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and current but do not warrant that it is error-free, uninterrupted or fit for any particular purpose. Other than under a purchase agreement, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.

5. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites. We do not control their content or privacy practices; responsibility lies with the operator of each linked site.

6. Force majeure

Access may be interrupted by natural disaster, pandemic, war, terrorism, cyber attack, public-authority order, internet outage or general strike. No liability arises in these cases.

8. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Erzurum have exclusive jurisdiction. Consumer rights remain reserved.
