  • Form data: full name, resort/hotel name, role, work email, phone, room-count bracket, optional message, preferred language.
  • Technical data: IP, user-agent, timestamp at submission.
  • Analytics: page views and aggregate behaviour via Plausible — cookieless, anonymous, no PII.

  • To answer your demo request and contact you.
  • To prepare a tailored proposal for your resort.
  • To measure site performance and improve content (aggregate analytics).
  • To detect abuse.

Third-party processors

The following processors handle your data under contractual safeguards (KVKK art. 9):

Retention

Form data up to 24 months. Server logs up to 90 days. Anonymous analytics retained indefinitely (no personal data).
